How to Register a g9k Account — 4 Simple Steps

From registration to your first game, everything can be done in under 5 minutes.

1
Fill In Personal Details

Enter your full name, username, Malaysia phone number and active email address. Make sure all details are accurate as they will be used for account verification and withdrawals later.

2
Set a Secure Password

Create a strong password using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Don't reuse passwords from other accounts. g9k recommends a minimum of 8 characters for optimal security.

3
Verify Phone Number via OTP

A 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your phone number within seconds. Enter the code to verify your account. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes — if you don't receive it, you can request a new one.

4
Make Your First Deposit & Claim Bonus

Once your account is verified, make your first deposit via any supported payment method — FPX, e-wallet, debit card, or instant bank transfer. Your welcome bonus will be credited automatically.

Many new Malaysian players hesitate to try online gaming platforms, worried about complicated sign-up processes or excessive documentation. At g9k, we get that feeling — which is why we designed a registration process that's genuinely simple and user-friendly.

You don't need to submit any documents during initial registration. Just your name, phone number and email — that's all it takes to get started. Full identity verification (KYC) is only required when you make your first withdrawal, and that process is straightforward too — just a photo of your ID and a quick selfie.

What makes it even better, g9k supports registration and login via mobile app for Android and iOS. Download the g9k app and enjoy all games — from slots to Live Casino, sports betting, and the full Game Lobby — directly from your phone screen, anywhere you go.

Referral Code: If a friend has shared a g9k referral code with you, don't forget to enter it during registration. You'll receive an extra bonus and your friend gets a reward too — everyone wins!

FAQ — Account Registration

Yes, it is completely free. There are no registration fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges to create a g9k account. You only need to deposit funds when you are ready to start playing, and the minimum deposit amount is very reasonable for Malaysian players.

The registration process takes less than 2 minutes. Once you fill in your details and verify your phone number via OTP, your account is instantly active. You can make a deposit and start playing within 5 minutes of signing up.

No, each individual is only allowed one active account at g9k. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different details violates our terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you are having issues with an existing account, contact our support team for assistance.

For KYC verification, you only need to upload a front photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a simple selfie holding the card. The review process is usually completed within 1 hour on working days. KYC is only required for your first withdrawal — not during initial registration.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first deposit is successfully processed. No special promo code needed — the g9k system will detect that it's your first deposit and apply the bonus instantly. The RM50 welcome credit will be available as soon as your account is verified.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. Enter your registered phone number or email, and a password reset link will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email or SMS to create a new password. If you still have trouble, contact our Live Chat support, available 24/7.
